UltraChicago 3.0 Nearing Release

We are happy to report that UltraChicago v3.0 is nearing release in time for the summer travel season!

Version 3.0 is our biggest update yet and it includes a major expansion in content to extend coverage beyond downtown to include many of Chicago’s unique neighborhoods.

New filtering and maps functionality will be added to make the app even more useful.

Refillables 2.3.1 Released – Bug Fixes

Release 2.3 was submitted to Apple this evening to correct a bug related to adding new custom types.
This fix should be available as an update within the next few days.

Refillables 2.2.1 Released and Available!

Area 6 is happy to announce the release of version 2.2 today.

This release responds to user feedback requesting ability to define custom item types for refillable items not included in the standard lists. The Support section of this site will be updated to include user tips shortly.

Future enhancements will include:

- Ability to e-mail details about one or more Refillables to another person.
- Ability to mark items as ‘Out’ to allow the user to set a reminder that they need a refill.
- Others? We love user feedback!

UltraChicago Updates Available

The latest update to the popular travel and navigation guide was released on February 1, 2010. The next scheduled update will include updated content and new features including the ability to add user notes and ratings, and an enhanced map view.

The next release is planned for early Spring 2010.

Refillables 2.0 Released

Complete with performance improvements and a number of refinements, Refillables 2.0 was released on February 1, 2010.

This update sets the stage for a number of future enhancements in the works this Spring.

UltraChicago 2.0 and a LITE Version Submitted to Apple

Version 2.0 of the popular navigation and travel guide was submitted to Apple for review and should be available for download in the next two weeks. This release is a major upgrade and includes GPS-enabled location filtering that allows the user to quickly locate the nearest attractions.

Screen shots and tips will be added in the support section soon.

A free ‘Lite’ version was also submitted which demonstrates a sampling of the capabilities of the full version.

The anticipated release date is July 24.

Refillables iPhone app Launches!

The first of several plannned iPhone Apps to be released this year, Refillables is available on the iTunes App Store under the Productivity category for $0.99.
